We ship orders Monday to Friday, with a 4pm cutoff for same-day dispatch. All standard shipments are sent via Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service. Live fish orders are dispatched on Monday to Wednesday only using DX Express 24-hour tracked service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Payment
All payments on our website are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway. We accept all major debit and credit cards, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience.
Returns
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please note that we do not accept returns on live livestock or food products due to health and safety regulations.
